Delivery provider
We use Royal Mail for the vast majority of our deliveries, larger packages however may be delivered via an alternative provider.
Delivery Timescales
As a small company we try to be as flexible as possible on the items we hold in stock in order for us to remain as competitive on price as possible. We aim to maximise our stocked items but some are based on consumer demand. This means certain products may not be held in stock and are ordered on demand from our supplier. These can be identified as ‘Pre-Order’ when adding an item to a shopping cart. We check our suppliers stock on daily basis which means the only difference between ordering a stocked item versus a pre-order one is a small addition to the delivery time. In general, our delivery timescales aim to be as follows:
Stocked items: 3-5days
Pre-order items: On average, an extra 5-7 days over a stocked item. It may be shorter or slightly longer, please bear this in mind.
We will endeavour to meet or exceed these timescale wherever possible. If there are any circumstances which may cause the delivery of an order to be longer, we will contact you to inform you of any delays.
Delivery Charges
For all orders under £40 there is a delivery charge of £2.99 to cover the cost of postage and packing materials, unless otherwise stated.
Tracking and signed for deliveries
Tracking and/or signed for delivery is included in certain orders only and will be communicated by email after purchase. It is at our discretion as to which items are tracked and/or have signed for delivery. There are currently no user options to add these features to delivery preferences.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to all locations within the British Isles and Northern Ireland only. For locations not on the British mainland or in Northern Ireland deliveries may take slightly longer.
Out of office Delivery
In certain instances the shipment of Goods may be delayed due to staff absence, as a result of annual leave or sickness, or other. In prior planned situations where this will result in the delay of shipment of orders beyond those laid out in ‘Delivery timescales’ above, prior warning will be endeavoured to be given, and at our discretion a preferential rate and/or discount on select items offered.
