Delivery

In short: For total orders under £40 there is a delivery charge of £2.99.

We use Royal Mail for the vast majority of our deliveries, larger packages however may be delivered via an alternative provider.

We deliver to all locations within the British Isles and Northern Ireland only. For locations not on the British mainland or in Northern Ireland deliveries may take slightly longer.

Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items

Returns, In Short: We are happy to refund any unused items up to 30 days after the date of purchase for a full refund minus any separate delivery charge other than the standard rate. You may cancel for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. 

Exchanges, In Short: We do not offer Goods exchanges unless the original item is delivered defective or damaged. If you have ordered an item that is in working order that you would like to replace with another, the replacement item will need to be purchased as a new separate item and the original returned as per the returns policy.

Faulty items, In Short: If you discover a fault with any Goods:

  • Within 30 days of delivery, we will offer you a choice of a full refund, repair or replacement.

  • After 30 days of delivery, but within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the faulty Goods or at our discretion, we may choose to offer you a full or partial refund instead.

We will need to inspect the Goods to confirm the fault; we may be able to do so from photos, or we may request that you return it to us for inspection.

Why are some of your products ‘Pre-Order’?

We stock products based on consumer demand. This means certain products may not be held in stock and are ordered on demand from our supplier.

We check our suppliers stock on daily basis which means the only difference between ordering a stocked item versus a pre-order one is a small addition to the delivery time.


How long does a Pre-Order item take for delivery?

On average its an extra 5-7 days for delivery over a stocked item. It may be shorter or slightly longer, please bear this in mind.

If there are any circumstances which cause this to be longer, we will contact you to inform you of any delays.


There’s a Stan’s product I’d like but it’s not shown on your website. Is it possible to order?

Pricing policy

We aim to offer the very best value. Therefore, if you see an item cheaper elsewhere let us know below and we’ll get back to you ASAP with our best price.


We understand how frustrating warranty problems can be. That’s why we aim to find a resolution to any problem as soon as possible. As with all potential warranty claims there are certain things you need to know:

  • Always install, repair and use any product in strict compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions, including the recommended maintenance regime. Failure to do so may damage the product and result in serious injury to yourself or others.

  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and is therefore non-transferrable.

  • Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.

  • Failure or damage resulting from misuse such as, but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose, alteration of the product will void any applicable warranty.

  • General wear and tear is not covered.

  • Corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue defined as the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use will not be covered under warranty.

  • Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original part.

  • Any costs incurred as a result of loss of use, as well as labour charges for part replacement or changeovers are not covered.

  • If a repair/replacement is not possible we reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value (colour may vary) or a partial refund proportional to the remaining life of the product.

  • After the initial 30 day period from date of invoice, we reserve the right to repair/replace any defective part under warranty.

  • Your statutory rights are not affected by our warranty policy.
